To Throw or Not to Throw? That is the Question.

I woke with a splitting headache on my left side and every time I speak I have rattling in my ear canal. Of course, these symptoms come just days after starting back on my meds. Maybe it's my new norm to feel crappy all day, but hopefully my body will get used to taking the new medications. I was online by 7:30 today and am just finishing up for the day (after 5 pm) and I never took a lunch; I had popcorn at my desk.

Today was a bit stressful, even though I worked from home. I forgot to cancel a class through the calendar in Outlook, even though I mentioned in different communications that it was cancelled, so I took the heat, which is expected. I learned from it. We all make mistakes, but it's when we learn from them that they become valuable.

I attended the webinar this morning on the E-Zone program, missed another meeting that was scheduled during that webinar, went straight into another Zoom call and my computer shut down. After my call, I worked on putting in close to 100 certificates of completion in our system, responding to emails, and completed an hour-long HR training. I still have about 25 more certificates to put in. I'm so happy people are taking advantage of training opportunities at work!

Tomorrow morning is PT. My shoulder is pretty much frozen again. I deserve it considering I threw the softball last night against the net like my life depended on it. I had forgotten how to throw, or maybe I was just protecting the joint over the weekend. Last night I felt a good snap when I released the ball and I was pretty much in the strike-zone! Maybe I overdid it a bit? I think I should try to throw again tonight to loosen the joint up, but not be as rough on my shoulder. I planned on telling my therapist my shoulder was better, but it's obvious I can't really move it much, so he will figure it out. It's a nice night...only in the lower 60's, so I might as well take advantage of it!

What's for dinner tonight? Probably Chef Boyardee or something quick. Maybe I'm feeling an egg and cheese bagel. I will see what Emily wants.
